Instructions for using JAVA with Top Producer
Top Producer requires that JAVA be turned OFF to work Correctly. This will create a conflict with many web applications including the iPIX interactive virtual tour.
To correct this simply follow the this simple guide;
With Internet Explorer click on TOOLS on your menu bar.
Select INTERNET OPTIONS then ADVANCED
Scroll down the list until you locate JAVA
Confirm that the USE JRE xx.xx is checked where xx.xx is your version number of JAVA.
you should restart Internet Explorer at this time.
If this simple fix does not correct your error then check that your system has the most recent version of JAVA
